After Effects Project 3

It took me awhile to figure out how to get the legs to move and figuring out that I needed to make a null and parent the legs to the body to get it to work. I worked with the puppet tool again for the head and the tail movements, but I'm still not completely comfortable with it.
I wish I had a little more time to get the dinosaur to fit in with the background, but overall I'm satisfied with this learning experience.

Here is my first creation with After Effects, continued from the picture I made in Photoshop.

I really wanted a kind of dreamy effect to the movements, but I'm not sure if I achieved that as much as I wanted to. I experimented with the puppet tool a lot in this on the waves and the whale.

Project 1: Photoshop

This is my first experimentation in Photoshop. Basically I was just getting a feel for it and getting used to masking and all the tools. This is what I came up with. Partially inspired by Moby Dick and part Space Odyssey.
